By day ordinary people. By night when sleeping, they become superheroes and face their ultimate fears within nightmares, their very own 'Monsters of the Id'.
Nathan suffers from nightmares but after being sent a mysterious video tape (dating the film already) he becomes a superhero called Hurricane only in 'dream land' so as to combat bad dream entities. After helping himself, he begins a crusade to help others. Along the way he meets people who have done it before, Jetstream Jenny played by Eileen, Cyclone, Tsunami and the powerful Tornado. Plus he meets the dangerous Nemesis played by Warwick Davis. Can he be the dream superhero powerful enough to beat this adversary before they all get destroyed? Where is the Nemesis coming from? Why does it keep getting stronger? Should Hurricane even try to stop it since it is not his problem? Was Nathan's future shaped for him? As Nathan journeys to find these answers we are left with a moral we can all learn from. Face your fears....
Jetstream Jenny bears a striking resemblance to Eileen as she looked at the time and her velvet tones add greatly to the voice cast of this 75 minute animated feature.
